Want to go veg, but don't know how? Come and check out the super simple, very vegan and mostly raw cooking class on Tuesday, October 12th. The menu of items to be prepared include: appetizer (herb "cheese" log with crackers), starter (pumpkin soup made with local ingredients), main course (a delicious kale salad) and if there is time for dessert: peanut butter bars! The ticket price covers samples as well as a hand-out list of recipes. This class is open to all experience levels but seats are limited so make sure to RSVP! |
